As the daughter of Chinese restaurant owners, soy sauce is something that roots me. With the soy sauce representing soil and my family’s life story, I wanted to draw flowers to represent different parts of my life coming from soy sauce. “Soy Sauce Poppies” represents the California era of my life.

They would also look nice with a skirt. They are cute & comfortable! Not only are they lightweight, it feels like you are walking on air because the sole is so cushioned. One thing I do want to mention is the fact there is A LOT of room given toward the front of the shoe. The strap that goes over the ball of your foot is looser than I am used to, even with wide feet. You aren’t able to make adjustments. When I first put them on I didn’t think I would like it but after wearing them every day for the past month I know I do. I would recommend these sandals & wonder if I should stock up in case they stop making this style??
