The BORLA Cat-Back system 140864BC was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with 2.7L and 3.5L Engines. It includes 4" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips and a split rear exit configuration. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit. This system features the ATAK our most aggressive sound level without any drone. It is also available with bright chromed tips (part number 140864). There are also systems available for the 2.7L and 3.5L F-150 that offer different options for sound level, tip finish and tip Exits. Add Adapter 60556 for Crew Cab with Standard Bed (6' 7") 157.2" Wheelbase vehicles. Add Adapter 60564 for Extended Cab with Long Bed (8' 2") 164.1" Wheelbase vehicles. Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

So easy to file a claim
