The flavour profile is characterised by densely smoked grain, reminiscent of smoked granola and honeyed fruit. A deeper exploration reveals notes of smoked apricot jam, barley flour, peat embers, and burnt heather, balanced with a hint of gooseberry citrus and sweet Turkish delight. As the finish approaches, the flavours of oak chips, sugared almonds, and chocolate-limes are complemented by a touch of spicy aniseed.
