485 Classic Acrylic Primed Linen is one of our most popular linens especially favoured for it's bold texture. This beautiful Belgian linen is created using traditional manufacturing techniques with the highest quality raw materials to provide a stable and archival surface for your artworks. Clear sized and then double primed with dense Acrylic Primer, it's bolder weave ensures successive coats of gesso or colour will retain a toothy feel to the surface. Artists utilise it for both thin washes of colour which allow the linen weave to animate the surface and for impasto overlaying of brush marks. The surface texture is perfect for bold brush marks and scumbling and allows more fluid paint to settle in layers below thicker pigment to provide a engaging visual experience.Shipping Notes
