Our most exquisite and delicate dessert has landed on our pages - Forest Berry Meringue Roulade. The perfect harmony of soft and crunchy textures that is sure to delight your tastebuds.
A light and airy vanilla meringue is rolled around a luscious vanilla bean mascarpone cream filling. We've filled it with a medley of fresh berries including - blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. Each bite is a perfect balance of the flavor from the golden, crisp meringue shell to the soft silky creamy and fruity interior.
The dusting of powdered sugar over the pistachio and rose petal decor is the perfect touch of elegance on this fresh and fruity dessert. This roulade is a definite showstopper for any occasion, from afternoon tea to a special celebration.
Handmade with organic eggs. This cake is naturally gluten free.
Berries are seasonal and may change depending on when order is placed. Vanilla bean in the cream can be replaced with rose water for a more deep flavor.
