Spring rate progression is from a 1st Flex Rate to a 2nd Ride Rate. The 1st Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex for increased articulation. The flex rate expands during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the flex rate. Low quality. Seemed fine until the first one I ordered one of the terminals broke off with very little tightening force. The replacement i had ordered worked for a few days then quit working altogether. Overall disappointed.

Functional. Be careful when tightening nuts...strips very easy
Quality is questionable. The poles will strip way to easy. So be careful when fighting down. I had to use a stack of washers on top of wire to keep the nut tight. As far as functionality goes ..been doing great for over a month.
