We are receiving more of these soon!  These are now collectors edition scissors as they are so hard to come by. They are so beautiful and have been made with such meticulous craftsmanship. 

The scissors' pom-pom features a tiny medallion shaped like an "S" and made with the same material as the scissors. They are sold in a small box with a design that may differ depending on our inventory. The inside cover includes a label explaining the production process.

These scissors, pom-pom included, are completely handmade in France. It's worth noting that a dozen skilled individuals are involved in the making of each pair. A crucial aspect in determining the quality of scissors can be found in the pairing marks - the number engraved on the inside of each blade. You can see the number "13" in the photos shown here. This unique number on each pair indicates that the two parts have been precisely fitted during the initial stages of assembly to create a perfectly matched pair. Once this step is completed, the scissors are taken apart so that each blade can undergo any necessary treatments before being reassembled and finalized. Today the process is similar to the 19th century: the steel blades are crafted by a master cutler, while the handles are produced in our own workshops.
