A redesigned miniature "clicker" lever controls a roller cam assembly, giving riders the ability to manipulate lever position while riding. A very good treatment of the subject matter, especially valuable as it mines the Japanese sources, which have largely been ignored by the Western historians. The narrative is clear and easy to follow & background detail gives important context into the psychological aspects of the events. Definitely recommended!
