The stock tip is made from cast material and will wear out fast plus if you are a woods rider the heavy duty Stainless Steel is stronger and can withstand hard hits on trees and rocks without breaking off. This tip will give you positive brake feel and better control. It will fit every 2014 Husqvarna as well as KTM's from the 65 all the way up to the 530's up until 2015.
