History：

The Antonov An-225 "Dream" transport aircraft is a super large transport aircraft with an off land weight of over 640 tons, and was once the longest and heaviest aircraft in the world.

The An-225 was developed by the Antonov Design Bureau of Ukraine during the Soviet era, and its first test flight was on December 21, 1988. It was not only an important tool for equipment transport in the Soviet space program, but also one of Antonov's industrial design masterpieces.

On February 27, 2022, the Ukrainian Defense Industry Corporation announced on Twitter that the An-225 parked at Antonov Airport in Hostomy, a suburb of Kiev, was destroyed by artillery fire during the Antonov Airport battle that broke out during Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022. At the same time, Ukrainian officials promised to rebuild the aircraft.
