Building off the legacy of the Vintera line, we have the Fender Vintera III Late '60s Stratocaster finished in a wonderful Ocean Turquoise. Back and better than ever, the Vintera III Late '60s Stratocaster sets out to offer players a carefully curated assortment of beloved vintage specs and colors, with the added bonus modern craftsmanship and reliability.

The Late '60s Strat sports a contoured double-cutaway alder body that in a glossy Ocean Turquoise finish. A classic tonewood choice from Fender, alder is well-known for its resonance, punch, and lively tone. True to its vintage counterparts, the Strat's maple neck is attached to the body with 4 bolts and features a late '60s "C" shaped profile and large headstock. The neck is topped with a 7.25-inch radius round-laminated rosewood fingerboard and is accented with aged-white pearloid dots and is crowned with 21 vintage-tall frets.

Newly designed to amplify the guitar's voice, a set of Vintage-Style Late '60s pickups are loaded into the 3-ply parchment guard in the bridge, middle, and neck positions. These single-coil pickups deliver the signature bell-like clarity and dynamic response Stratocaster's of the 1960s are revered for. Sound can be further refined with the master volume, tone controls, and 5-way position blade switch for a variety of expressive sounds. High quality hardware supports the entire design, the six-point vintage-style tremolo system provides expression pitch control, while the "F"-stamped tuning machines stabilize tuning stability with their finer gear ratio. The guitar comes complete with a deluxe gig bag to keep it safe in storage or on the way to the next practice or gig.

The Fender Vintera III Late '60s Stratocaster is a welcomed addition to the Vintera Series, offering players the look, sound, and feel of the Stratocasters of the 1960s.

Wrinkle free? More like perma-wrinkle
I bought a similar shirt last year, and it was not as bad as this shirt, but the new one performs terrible. It feels like good quality and fits well. The problem is the stain free and the wrinkle free. The shirt stains, easily. However, due to whatever manufacturing process they use, traditional treatments do nothing. They just bead up and run off. My guess is whatever stained it in the first place is supposed to do this, but no. Worse is the wrinkle free. Just the opposite. I have followed the care instructions to the letter. But when the shirt comes out of the dryer it is no where ready to wear. So I iron it. I have no problem with this. After ironing I noticed that, while the shirt looks fine from a distance, up close you can see wrinkles all through the shirt. For instance, shirts wrinkle and crease on the sleeves when you roll up the cuffs (which I often do). Well, even after washing & ironing these wrinkles and creases are still there. Somewhat faintly, but they are there. So while the fabric appears ironed, you can see these wrinkles as if they are a pattern on the shirt. After several washings they are still there. Makes the shirt unwearable. Now I have to replace it.
