Great dumbbells. I purchased these for home work out and recovering from a neck injury. My physical therapist said it will take a while, as suspected. And I'm so glad I found these. Highly recommend because eventually you'll get stronger and now you will have a whole complete quality set that will last you for years. For a better bargain I might add. Instead of buying individual cheap dumbbells. Invest in these great dumbbells, you won't regret it. I can't say enough good things.

The only slightly negative comment I have is on the holder. It's nice to have one, but geez, this one is so thin when you screw it together it could blow over in a strong wind. It's surdy enough to hold the weights, but it's certainly not an outstanding piece of engineering. Just be sure to place it where it won't do damage when it falls down. And take care when you remove and replace the weights on it!
