It’s powered by a dual speed precision wound copper motor. Putting out a maximum of 2000W at 5000RPM or 3500RPM this impressive machine easily handles the hardest woods.
The BTB55 takes on any crosscut or rip cut with precision and accuracy with its laser cutting guide. The cutting deck has table wings that reach a width 85cm, which makes cutting standard plywood sheets a breeze! Add a Baumr-AG Roller Stand (sold separately) to make handling those awkward pieces even easier to handle, and gives you an unlimited rip cut ability.
The Baumr-AG doesn’t stop at the simple jobs. You get triple reassurance getting your cut right with a +/-45° smooth sliding pre-marked mitre jig, and the premarked 0-45° blade bevel adjustment means that this formidable machine can also handle any compound cuts you may have. A laser cutting guide gives you peace of mind when aligning your cuts! The adjustable aluminium guide fence mounts easily to either side of the cutting deck for even more assistance.
Safety is paramount with the BTB55 which has a built-in splitter to prevent accidental binding of work pieces on the blade. The legs of the included stand have anti-tip supports and rubber anti-slip footings. The blade guard, included push stick and the built-in dust port for the optional Baumr-AG dust collector (sold separately), means this powerful machine is as safe, clean and convenient as you can buy!
