The Les Prestigieuses Collection’s perfumes are a nod to exceptional materials. The glass is hand-blown and carefully hand-painted in a white, cognac or black polish. The Cuir de Russie candle draws on the legend that Russian leather first appeared at the time of the tsars. Having galloped through the endless steppes of Russia, a Cossack warrior gathered around a campfire at nightfall with his fellow riders. He then came up with the idea of rubbing his leather boots with birch bark to make them waterproof. This diffused an extraordinary smell that immediately enchanted all of the riders.

Musk and Leather: An exceptional fragrance was immediately released into the air, as the riders all fell hopelessly in love with its incredible scent. A blend of vetiver and moss uplifted by a hint of musk, the Cuir de Russie scent conjures up the memory of a comforting wood fire.

Product care:
* Burn within sight.
* Keep away from things that catch fire.
* Keep away from children and pets.
* When burning more than one candle at the same time, always ensure that at least 20 cm space is left between burning candles.
* Do not let candle burn for longer than one hour once the entire surface of the candle is liquid.
* Do not let the candle burn to the end.
* Do not leave a burning candle unattended or close to easily flammable objects.
* Do not place candles near a source of heat. Put candles on a heat resistant surface.
* To reduce sooting, trim the wick 0.6 cm each time the candle is to be relit.
* Avoid using in drafty areas. Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
