Sabatier are renowned for producing premium quality and traditional knives. Now introducing this range, together with Taylors Eye Witness; a more modern twist on a traditional knife. Elegant, seamless and simple design. Each blade is etched in with the ‘Sabatier Professional’ logo, proudly displaying the heritage these precision knives have, together with the quality of steel mark.

These well balanced knives have blades that are produced from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel that is precision ground and hand honed for a perfect cutting edge. This is then connected to the black rubberised handle via a strong ‘over-moulding’ technique.

Sabatier Professional kitchen knives are used by professional chefs all over the world.
