Increased Reliability- By conditioning the power going into the LEDs this prevents degradation which can shorten the overall lifespan of the product. Wider Input Voltage Range- The new SMD Halos can operate on a very wide voltage range from 12V-24V so that voltage spike can not damage the LEDs. Brighter LED Halos- by moving the heat load of the resistors off the PCB we are able to increase the number of LEDs on the circuit board without thermal issues. It does it's thing. Perfect fit compared to OEM.
If you aren't changing your own air filters in your vehicle you should be. Air filter swaps are a huge ripoff if you get the dealer to do them. Granted, most maintenance at dealerships is a ripoff BUT it takes all of five minutes if you don't know what you are doing, most of which is watching the youtube video telling you how to do it, and maybe a minute or two if you do know what you are doing. Save yourself some cash.
