Stable and Comfortable Off-Road Ride. Glide over any kind of road surface while still maintain total control of your vehicle?s performance with the help of the Bilstein B6 4600 Series Rear Shock. This rear shock is made specifically for Ford trucks that haven?t been lifted and essentially at stock height. The dampers in this design help you extend the service life of your ride while at the same time, keeps both your cargo and passengers safe and comfortable on the road.
Monotube Gas Pressure Technology. The technology used in this rear shock, which was developed by Bilstein, is revolutionary and has become a standard in the industry. The oil is kept under pressure in the absorber, preventing it from foaming even as loads and temperatures increase. This results in the retention of the full damping power of the shock despite extreme stress.
