Uses
This is ready to use pack and comes with 2 years expiry. Open both packets and mix them in a bowl. Your health pack is ready to use, store this mixture in a clean and airtight jar. Take 12 grams of this mixture and 12 grams of rock sugar. Mix them and take them with 6 grams of cow’s milk.
