We have completely redesigned our Pro Series line of brake kits using a larger 11" rotor and new forged aluminum hubs with the express purpose of maintaining the factory wheel position. Based on the venerable forged billet Dynalite caliper, these versatile kits are easily optioned to suit the braking requirements and style preferences for a daily driver, serious competition, or the most discriminating show enthusiast. Most vehicle applications require no modifications for installation, and provide plenty of clearance inside popular 15" wheels. FDL Pro-Series kits can be used with either manual or power boost master cylinders. Kits come complete calipers, rotors, hub assembly, brackets and hardware. Does not come with a pump.

The Good: Changing the fluid in the lower unit is a very easy DIY job. This can save you hundreds of dollars each year by doing it yourself.
The Bad: You need a special pump to change the oil, and sometimes it comes with the gear lube. Unfortunately this product did not come with it. Luckily my neighbor had an extra one from changing the lube a different boat laying around and was able to use that.
The Ugly: If you have to go get the pump, that could cost a few extra dollar but is just an extra nuisance. The pumps are interchangable but you just need to clean it between uses (DON'T MIX DIFFERENT OIL BRANDS)

Good for the $$$
Worked great on my Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2. Once the bottom unit of the outdrive is off and cleaned it only takes a few minutes to install impeller, seals and housing. A very affordable alternative to taking it to the shop.
