This listing is for Large, but we also have Mini and Medium. At home we use Medium which is perfect for garlic and ginger, Large would also be good and some may find it easier to use Large than Medium. Mini is a good one to use on the table - often this size grater comes with a meal served in a restaurant in Japan to make citrus zest to be used as fresh as possible.

Fine Teeth Bamboo Scraper is recommended to use together to help you get all what you grate with no waste.
