PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.  If you need it shipped sooner than the current processing time, please notify us and we will try to accommodate (rush fee may apply).
• All orders are wrapped securely for shipping.  You will receive a tracking number for your order.  Sometimes the parcel used has a delay with updating the tracking information please give it 24 hours. 
• After orders are processed please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping unless you choose expedited shipping

RETURN POLICY FOR THIS ITEM

• Due to the custom nature of this product, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.  
• If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. 
• Please double check your customizations, we are not responsible for mistakes and will not replace the item at no cost. 
• If an item comes damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost to you upon a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery

PLEASE NOTE: There may be random areas of white on the chipped outer areas,  which may not achieve sublimation, this is normal.  The slate are made of natural material and may vary slightly in thicknesses.  Some items may be Imported. Additional accessories not listed, sold separately.
