Montegrande Asolo Prosecco DOCG displays a pale straw yellow colour with brilliant clarity and fine, persistent bubbles. The delicate perlage rises continuously in elegant streams, reflecting the quality craftsmanship of this family-run estate. Produced from 30 hectares of vineyards rooted in a precious patchwork of soil where effusive volcanic rocks alternate with those of marine origin, the wine's appearance speaks to the unique terroir of the Colli Euganei.

Aroma

The nose reveals enticing aromas of yellow fruits and green apple that create an inviting aromatic profile. Citrus notes add brightness and lift, whilst delicate floral hints provide elegance and complexity.
