In house machining incorporates integrated counterweights which are then balanced to better than OE specifications. Black Oxide coated to resist corrosion and prevents hydrogen embrittlement that can cause cracking, these units will fit any OEM or aftermarket torque converter and affordable enough to replace with converter or transmission swap. GREAT ORGANIZER!

I got this to help clean up some of the cords around my office space, an organizer if you will. My husband built me an attachment for my desk without making alterations, and this helped clean up all the cords around my desk!!!! This thing works great! It would be best for an office desk with a built-in slot or as a replacement one for any office conference room!
