Doug Fearing is a devoted husband, proud father of two daughters, and a grateful grandfather and great-grandfather. An entrepreneur, community leader, and mentor, Doug has lived the exhilaration of success and the heartbreak of setbacks—and has seen how both can become tools in God’s hands. He was the co-founder and now retired leader of Fearing’s Audio Video Security, a company recognized for excellence in its field, and has served as State President of the Wisconsin Jaycees (Junior Chamber International).

Beyond business, Doug has invested deeply in people and communities. He has served on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations, including one he helped found, and has mentored youth through programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Kinship Mentoring. As a church leader and speaker, he has encouraged others to walk in faith and discover God’s greater purpose.

Doug’s life was forever changed in 2005 when he experienced a divine wake-up call that redirected his pursuit of the American Dream toward the Kingdom Dream. His journey—marked by brokenness, redemption, and transformation—inspires his message that true joy and lasting impact are found only in trusting God.
