Behind the Design: The Artisan Difference
True luxury lives in the details. Unlike mass-produced fashion jewelry stamped out by automated machines, every element of this necklace reflects authentic human craftsmanship and an uncompromising commitment to structural longevity.
Traditional Hand-Knotting Architecture
Every single heishi-cut green opal gemstone is individually knotted by hand onto our aquamarine silk thread. This centuries-old pearl technique ensures incredible durability and a fluid, flexible drape that contours perfectly against your skin. The silk knots protect your investment by actively preventing the precious stones from rubbing and grating against one another over time. Furthermore, this structural choice ensures that in the highly unlikely event of a strand break, your rare gemstones remain safely anchored to the thread rather than scattering.
Luminous Green Opal Properties
Celebrated for its calming, luminous green hues, green opal naturally evokes the serene energy of coastal landscapes and the sea. Because we source genuine, earth-mined gemstones, each heishi bead displays subtle natural variations in tone and opacity. Our studio inspects and sequences each stone individually to ensure a balanced, dynamic color flow throughout the entire 17.75-inch strand before a single knot is tied.
Premium 14K Gold-Filled Standards
Our heavy lobster clasps offer the thickest, most durable layer of gold possible without being solid gold. Through a strictly regulated mechanical pressure-bonding process, a thick layer of authentic 14K gold is permanently fused to a high-quality core. This finish is entirely safe for sensitive skin types, will not flake or wear off, and is specifically engineered to resist tarnishing through years of daily wear.
Candy Necklace Nostalgia
Part of our signature Candy Collection, this piece pays a sophisticated homage to the joyful, colorful sugar necklaces of childhood. By replacing fleeting candy and cheap elastic cords with archival semi-precious gemstones and genuine hand-knotted silk, we turn a playful retro memory into an investment piece of fine jewelry. The bright, energetic tones make it an ideal standalone statement or a perfect anchor for building a personalized, maximalist layered stack.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Opal an October birthstone?
Yes. Opal is the traditional October birthstone, making this hand-knotted green opal strand an incredibly thoughtful, meaningful gift for birthdays, holidays, or celebrating milestone events.
Is this necklace durable?
Absolutely. By combining traditional hand-knotted pure silk thread with a heavy, tarnish-resistant 14K gold-filled clasp, this piece is engineered for regular wear while maintaining its structural integrity and beauty over time.
How should I style and layer this piece?
The classic 17.75-inch length sits elegantly along the collarbone. For a clean, modern aesthetic, wear it solo against an open collar or neutral linen top. To build a richer story, layer it seamlessly with delicate solid gold chains or stack it with other contrasting gemstone strands from our Candy Collection.
How do I care for a hand-knotted opal necklace?
Opal is a delicate gemstone that requires mindful handling. To preserve the natural silk thread and the stone's inner fire, avoid exposing the necklace to direct water, pools, cosmetics, perfumes, or heavy body lotions. Always store your necklace flat in your jewelry box when not in use to prevent the silk from stretching.

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters.
That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception.
SPOILER:
The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured.
I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4.
Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down.
There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books.
The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat.
The tension? Off the charts!
The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one!
Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
