Lake's Folly 2025 Chardonnay Dozen 12 x 750ml (screwcap seal)

Not usually available to purchase in case lots, but with our 2025 vintage having near-normal stock levels, due to demand, we are offering 12-bottle cases of Chardonnay for a limited time.

Tasting Note | Pear and white peach aromas with nicely integrated, subtle French oak. The palate at this early stage is fine and delicate – in part, a reflection of the higher yield this vintage. Peach and hints of tropical fruits flow onto the palate, which is seamless and textured from the 8 months spent on yeast lees. A spine of natural acidity gives the wine length and persistence. A wine for the ages, which will benefit from cellaring to show its full potential in 3+ years and continue to improve for 10-15 years to come.  96 Points.

About Lake's Folly Chardonnay

Lake's Folly Chardonnay is made from low-yielding, estate-grown fruit which is barrel fermented and aged on yeast lees for eight months in French oak barriques (30–50% new). There is no secondary malolactic fermentation.
