[About the actual car]
The M113 is a troop carrier developed by the United States after the war.
After it was officially adopted in 1960, it gained popularity due to its ease of use and reliability.
The vehicle's body is made of aluminum armor and weighs less than 13 tons, allowing it to be dropped into the air and run on water.
It also had a crew of two and could accommodate 11 soldiers in the cabin.
The suspension was equipped with a torsion bar, giving it a top speed of 64km/h.
In addition to being a basic troop transport vehicle, various derivatives were also produced based on this body, including mortar-equipped models, missile launcher models, and command vehicles.
The breadth of development is also a testament to the excellent basic design.
Since its initial deployment, it has undergone continuous updates and remains in active service, operating not only in the United States but also in approximately 50 countries around the world.
It became a masterpiece vehicle, with over 80,000 units produced, including derivative models.

[About the model]
The M113 armored personnel carrier, which was widely used during the Vietnam War, is one vehicle that modern military fans cannot miss. This masterpiece personnel carrier, the M113, is reproduced in 1/35 scale.
This kit models a standard M113 chassis equipped with a 106mm recoilless rifle.
The 106mm recoilless rifle mounted on top of the vehicle is meticulously reproduced, including the main body, mounting bracket, and gun lock parts.
The body is modeled with an accurate depiction of the basic shape, and the front trim vanes are 3D printed parts that can be assembled in either extended or retracted position.
The tracks are made of partially integrated prefabricated NEO tracks, and the track pads are each prepared as separate parts, enhancing the realism of the suspension.
The interior also includes a driver's seat, as well as details such as fuel tanks in the troop compartment. In addition, backpacks and other personal equipment are also included.
This is a fun kit that can be used to create dioramas that capture the atmosphere of vehicles used in actual combat.
