Leaving the JEM's iconic "Monkey Grip" behind, the new PIA models feature the eye-catching "Petal Grip." The new PIA models also feature a multi-colored "PIA Blossom" inlay contrasting the dark rosewood fingerboard paired with blossom etched gold pickup covers.
As a nod to the release of the original JEM777 in 1987, Steve and Ibanez offered three special limited-edition versions of the new PIA model, each one inspired by one of the original JEM777 colors. The "Sun Dew Gold" finish color of the new PIA model adds a metallic element and a unique take on the original hue to truly stand out from the past.
This model is in excellent condition. Having only been a year old, this guitar has clearly not seen a lot of playtime. The finish is blemish free and is as clean as can be. The guitar also comes with its original Ibanez hard shell case and corresponding accessories.
