This Eppendorf Reference® 2 pipette is a single-channel pipette with fixed volume that can aspirate and dispense liquids. The control knob is used for dispensing and tip ejection. The ergonomic one-button operation ensures quick handling with less effort and active reduction of aerosol contamination.


Haptic feedback prevents unintentional tip ejection. The Eppendorf Reference® 2 pipette can be easily disassembled and is fully autoclavable. It keeps the cheeks and gums hydrated but not the tongue. I still woke up and had to have water because my tongue was dried out.
