Loving the vibe of this super oversized Fall weight houndstooth jacket blazer. I'm pretty certain this is was originally a Large or X-Large, but because of the way it drapes over the shoulders I think it can be worn well across other sizes. I'm a size Small usually and it falls over my shoulders more like drop shoulder, meaning the shoulder seam drops below the shoulder on purpose.I have the sleeves both rolled and tucked under to show other ways to wear it and how it would look if the sleeves were taken up by a tailor. Totally doable. I love the long oversized feel. It is a mid weight jacket with a lovely black lining. Perfect for Fall or early Spring. In excellent vintage condition. High quality fabric and make.
I have it draped over a skinny black jersey dress, but I would love to pair this over a pair of black, ankle length, thin-legged, high-waisted slacks and crisp white button down collared shirt. Throw in patterned neckerchief to really pull it all together.
As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
Measurements: Laying Flat / Not Doubled / Not Stretched
Armpit seam to armpit seam width: 25.25 inches wide
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam width: 19 inches wide
Armhole length: 11 inches long
Sleeve length: 22.75 inches long
Length of jacket from shoulder seam to hem: 32.75 inches long

Treasure!! The best!!
I had been using Avene Compensating cream for years before it was reformulated and renamed as “Revitalizing” in (as I remember) 2020. At the time, every single comment I saw complained about its pilling and its getting worse after reformulation. Every single comment wished for the old formulation back. Because Avene Compensating was PERFECT for me, I got very anxious after reading the comments and decided not to purchase the new Revitalizing cream. I jumped around from products to products for the last 2 years (from expensive La Mer cream, Cle de peau La Creme, Lancome soft cream, Amorepacific Time Response to less expensive Clarins Hydra, Embryolisse). Nothing beat Avene Compensating cream. Nothing came close to Avene Compensating cream in terms of giving my easily irritated skin that clear, well moisturized, trouble-free, healthful look. Fast forward to the week of Thanksgiving 2022 after I got back from a Las Vegas trip with terribly dry and dehydrated reddish skin that nothing helped (and I always use sheet masks daily), I decided to give Avene Revitalizing a try. Worst case scenario, I would waste my $40 that I, very likely, would otherwise waste on another non Avene moisturizer. I’m so grateful I gave it a try. I don’t know if Avene listened to its loyal customers and brought the old formulation back, or if they improved the new formulation that pilled, but the Avene Revitalizing cream (I tried both rich and regular versions) did not pill at all for me and as far as I can still remember, Avene Compensating cream felt the same to me. After 2 nights of Avene Revitalizing, my skin is pretty much back to normal now. I think this is the old formulation but I can’t say for sure because it was more than 2 years ago when I last used the cream, but no matter what, if it keeps being what it is now, I will be a customer for life. Please Avene. Don’t change formulation again.
