These beautiful tools are manufactured with Black European Beech hardwood handles coupled with M42HSS chisel blades which are also Cryogenically treated to dramatically improve their edge holding capabilities. M42 is a premium cobalt high speed steel with a chemical composition designed for high hardness and superior hot hardness. M42 exhibits excellent wear resistance by virtue of high heat-treated hardness (68 to 70 HRC), and the high cobalt content imparts the hot hardness. As such, the cutting edges on tools made from M42 super high speed steel stay sharp and hard in heavy-duty and high-production cutting applications. By comparison M2 HSS steel, also a good quality steel, has a heat- treated hardness of 65 HRC. By incorporating M42 Super HSS, and then cryogenically treating the steel by lowering the temperatures on the steel to again improve toughness, the Rivolver M42HSS Cryo tools will allow a very sharp cutting edge and also hold that sharpness much longer than any other standard HSS steel chisel. The woodturner looking for above normal excellent performance from their turning tools need look no further than Rivolver M42HSS Cryo chisels. The Rivolver Bowl Gouges come in 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" sizes. The 3/8" and 1/2" come with a 320mm (12.6") Black European Beech hardwood handle and a 170mm (6.7") length chisel for a very comfortable overall length of 490mm (19.25"). The 5/8" gouge has a 390mm (15.5")handle with a 260mm (10.25") chisel for an overall length of 650mm (25.5"). A must in the tool kit of every bowl turner. Gorgeous
Color: Bronze-Tone
It really is pretty to look at. To be honest arranging the earring on the tree is a bit of a pain, because the leaves tilt in different directions, and you have to play with it a bit to get the earrings to hang the way you would like them, but once you figure it out, they look very nice. I just adore it because it looks so pretty. I use the basket on the side for rings and watches, and the little plate in the base for a few miscellaneous pieces like necklaces or bracelets for balance and because they look nice. You'll love it.

gorgeous, and worth the purchase.

I wasn't sure about purchasing the jewelry stand at first (I had my doubts), but those doubts quickly disappeared upon the arrival/unpackaging of the jewelry stand.
SHIPPING/PACKAGING
It was nicely packaged, and not bent or damaged when I recieved it. The stand was a little wobbly (due to careless measuring of the copper balls, the fault of the manufacturer)
THE PRODUCT
The pictures are not how it is. Remember that. I thought the tree would be more three dimensional, you know- like a real tree. It wasn't, though. It was like someone took a 2D copper tree and made it stand up. It's still pretty, though, and holds a lot of jewelry.
PRICE-WISE
If you're looking at the price and it says $45 or more, don't buy it. I waited a month for the price to go down (I'm just a cheapskate) and it did. It went from $45 or so, down to $25 or so. So, unless its life or death, be patient and buy it when the price is right.
OVERALL?
In general, I was pleased with the product. It wasn't my dream jewelry stand, but it was worth my money and the wait.

This piece is far superior than I expected. It is beautiful and sturdy. I don't have a lot of fancy jewelry. I just have several everyday pieces with a few unique pieces. This tree was perfect. It is attractive, like a unique piece of jewelry itself.

Beautiful and Functional Desk Upgrade
