🎨 Design & Aesthetic Inspiration

• Inspired by Kb’s iconic “Broken Not Beaten” t-shirt from 2010, which showcased an X-ray of his hand with five championship rings. This shoe reinterprets the motif by featuring an X-ray graphic of a foot skeleton on the upper—symbolizing perseverance through injury.

• Rendered in a Deep Royal Blue base with Baltic Blue Swoosh and accents, while the skeletal parts appear in Glacier Blue. 

• The semi-translucent rubber outsole glows in the dark, adding a spooky glow effect (perfect timing for an October release). 

🔧 Performance & Construction

• Built on the Protro revision of the classic Kb 5 silhouette, featuring updated Cushlon foam midsole and Zoom Air Turbo units for enhanced responsiveness over the original Phylon + Zoom Air combo. 

• Includes Flywire cables integrated into the lacing for midfoot lockdown and a padded mesh collar for comfort. 

• The traction pattern is scaled down and optimized for court feel, preserving the shoe’s famed low-profile agility.
