Handcrafted Indigo-Dyed Wool Hat

This simple, slouchy hat combines timeless style with artisanal craftsmanship. Designed for easy wear, it features a relaxed fit, a turned-up roll edge, and a unique tie-dyed indigo finish.

Each hat is meticulously crafted on my vintage, hand-powered knitting machine in rural Lincolnshire using soft yet delightfully 'sheepy,' worsted-spun 100% British wool. The wool is a blend of Bluefaced Leicester and Masham breeds, reared and spun within 50 miles of a traditional Yorkshire mill. After knitting, linking, and hand-finishing, I hand-dye each piece with indigo sourced from Bailiwick Blue on Guernsey.

The natural dyeing process ensures no two hats are exactly alike, with each piece showcasing its own subtle variations in shade and character.

• Small/Medium Adult: 11" long,  18" circumference unstretched, comfortably stretches to 23".

• Naturally dip-dyed in indigo
