Palladium hat sich den Namen als „Uniform of the People“ gemacht und ist seit Jahrzehnten Verfechter für Gleichheit. Wir unterstützen weiterhin unsere LGBTQI+ community und haben deshalb den neuen PAMPA PRIDE entwickelt. Von jedem verkauften Pampa Pride spenden wir Beträge an den Terrence Higgins Trust und unterstützen somit diese führende britische Wohltätigkeitsorganisation für HIV und sexuelle Gesundheit. THT hilft dabei, andere zu sensibilisieren und zu unterstützen, die noch immer Schwierigkeiten haben, Zugang zu HIV – Behandlungen und sexueller Aufklärung zu erhalten. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit der LGBTQI+ community war der THT eine führende Kraft bei der Bekämpfung von HIV und dabei, der community Gehör zu verschaffen.
