2. Deptford Hot Sauce (HB&B x Lazy Scientist)
Tropical heat in a bottle. This is a Bajan-style sauce absolutely loaded with mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. The result is a perfect balance of sweet, bright, and delicious medium heat. Essential for wings and tacos.

3. Italo Disco Tanger Agrodolce Table Sauce (HB&B x Whole Beast)
This sweet-and-sour banger was created in collaboration with the UK’s best burger makers, Whole Beast, and produced by Lazy Scientist. Riffing off the Italian agrodolce condiment, this tangy sauce features smoked raisin, verjus, and Korean chilli flakes. A 10/10 must-try with burrata or Whole Beast-style smoked meats.
