  Cook Time: 33-36 mins

• Thaw in refrigerator or cook from frozen.

  From thawed: (recommended) Preheat oven to 400F. Bake meatloaves covered with foil for 28 mins, then remove foil and bake for 5-8 additional mins, until an internal temp of 165F. Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  From frozen (thaw in microwave): Preheat oven to 400F. Remove meatloaves from pan and place on a micro-safe dish/plate. Heat on defrost function (or 40% power) until thawed, approx. 10 mins (though microwaves vary). Place on sprayed oven-safe dish (or sprayed aluminum pan), cover with foil and follow “from thawed” directions.

  Sweet Potato Puffs: Bake in 400F oven for 20-25 mins.
