The Annovi Reverberi RG 21.20 is a high-performance 3-piston alternating volumetric pump, designed for cleaning units and industrial applications. It operates ideally at 1450 RPM, making it perfect for driving with electrical motors or coupling to various motor types, including flexible joint connections.
This pump delivers 21 litres per minute at 200 Bar (2900 PSI), requiring about 10 HP at full pressure. The pump body and cover are crafted from durable die-cast aluminium alloy. The side cover features an integrated oil sight glass, while the rear cover includes an oil drain outlet for easy maintenance.
The pistons are driven by a crank-connecting rod mechanism, supported by oversized friction bearings and a pump shaft made of pressed high-strength steel. Connecting rods are made from a special low-friction zinc-aluminium alloy, with the option for bronze rods. One-piece ceramic pistons provide durability and reliability.
The pump head is made from pressed brass and features a double gasket sealing system, with various gasket options available depending on the application. Intake and delivery valves are designed with plugs for easier servicing, and the pump can accommodate various regulator valves and accessories.
