How do mystery collars work?
- Select the collar size for your dog
- Give us your dog's neck measurement (measure a snug fit)
- Leave us a note with personal preferences, any colours you dislike, or colors you already own
- We will pick the color and style for your dog's brand new collar
Please note: you may receive a collar with the following traits:
- Discontinued colors
- Finish flaws/scratches on hardware
- Non-standard sizing (e.g. slightly shorter or longer than our standard stock size ranges)
- Nothing at all - some collars are in perfect condition, we just made the wrong colour or size by mistake!
