Skyjacker specifically engineered this Variable Rate Coil Spring for the Super Duty 4WD Diesel to deliver a smoother ride. Radius arm drop brackets lower the OEM radius arm mounts to correct caster specifications for proper alignment. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. A drop pitman corrects steering angle. Lowering brackets realign the front sway bar for maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops. Front brake line extension brackets correctly reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket corrects and enforces the stabilizer connection. Softride(R) Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon(R) wear pads between leafs help eliminate friction. E-brake relocation brackets, bump stop spacers, rear braided stainless steel brake line extensions and rear exhaust hanger brackets are included. Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 has a race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Nitrogen charged with Internal Floating Piston Technology = Quickest Shock Reaction Time Ever. OEM is always the answer
No reason not to go OEM for this! Came with every possible gasket and seal I could need. Specifically for my Alpha One Gen 1 it took maybe 25-30 min to completely install.
While you’re there check the base plate for wear and the other surrounding items like your water tube. Rather keep the lower unit off for an extra day to get another part than a catastrophic failure.
