Flavored with natural cardamom essential oil and lightly coated with a vegetable/beeswax blend. It contains beeswax, one or more of candelilla, carnauba, castor oil, and rice bran wax. It does not contain genetically modified ingredients, known allergens, phthalates, soy, or silica, and is dairy-free, and gluten-free.

• Remove about 18 inches of Smart Floss®.
• Wrap the floss around your fingers and draw tight.
• Tug and release - it gently expands!
• Slide floss between teeth, curving around each tooth and cleaning with a gentle up-and-down motion.
• Repeat, using a clean section of floss between each tooth.
