Integration is straightforward. Connect, authorize, and instantiate UAD plug-ins in the DAW as you would native effects; processing runs on the Octo’s internal DSP, so buffer sizes and track counts stay manageable even when chains get heavy. Latency behavior suits mixing and sound design. For time-critical tracking with Unison impedance and gain matching, that role remains with Apollo interfaces by design.
