This beautiful and unique water carafe is made of pure hammered copper. It has been handcrafted with care and is of exceptional quality. It will last a lifetime, and, if properly cared for, multiple generations.
This copper carafe is a beautiful and functional addition to any kitchen or dining room. It is also a great addition to any nightstand.
Copper is anti-bacterial, supports good health, prevents aging, supports healthy skin, helps maintain cardiovascular health, supports the thyroid, and stimulates the brain.
Since time immemorial, yogis have enjoyed water the holistic way - stored in copper vessels. Copper cannot be produced within the body and needs to be sourced from external sources. According to Ayurvedic medicine, drinking copper infused water (which is known as "Tamra Jal" in Ayurvedic medicine) has significant benefits.
This 30 oz / 900 mL copper carafe is approximately 8 inches in height and 4 inches in diameter, with an opening of 3 inches. It holds 30 oz / 900 mL when closed with the lid on or 37 oz / 1100 mL if filled to the brim with the lid off.
The carafe is hammered after it is made to increase the surface area that touches the water which enhances the health benefits.
We are also proud to say that we donate 15% of our profit to several non-profit organizations that work to supply clean drinking water in developing countries. As a result, your purchase of one of our copper carafes will help create significant positive impact for some of the most vulnerable communities in the world.
As a unique handmade artisan creation, your copper carafe may have slight imperfections and vary slightly from photos shown. Please note the carafe no longer includes a black felt bottom as shown in photos.
