Since the release of the album, Rob Zombie has stayed busy producing, writing, and directing the film "The Munsters" and in 2023 he co-headlined a massive North American tour with Alice Cooper with direct support from industrial music legends Ministry.
Starting in Aug 2024 a second leg of that tour will begin taking Zombie, Cooper and Ministry across the country to markets they missed on the 2023 run of dates. In 2022 "The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy" was nominated for the Grammy Best Metal Performance of the Year and has been repressed many times, including a limited edition 2023 Black Friday Record Store Day Edition that sold out immediately
