We provide a 9" round pan (or bake in your own similarly sized dish), all the fillings (lean cooked ground beef, sauteed onions, home-made taco seasoning, fresh salsa) and the egg to keep it all together.  Just pour the egg over the fillings, bake and enjoy.  Guacamole, sliced avocado or some fresh cilantro make a great accompaniment/presentation.  Just bake and enjoy. • Hands-on Time: 3 mins
  Cook Time: 45-55 mins

• Thaw filling completely.  

  Preheat oven to 350°F. Empty egg mix into pan. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until firm in center. You can test by sticking a toothpick into the center, if it comes out clean it is finished.  Allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing. 

• Ingredients: Egg, milk, cheddar cheese, ham, broccoli, parmesan cheese, evaporated milk, nutmeg.
