The KMP Differential Bushing & Bracket Kit for the BMW F8X M2, M3 and M4 is a motorsport-driven solution designed to improve drivetrain alignment, reduce deflection and enhance reliability — particularly on lowered vehicles.
By introducing a second rear differential mounting point and raising the differential via offset front bushings, this kit significantly improves axle and driveshaft alignment. This is especially important on lowered cars, where poor geometry can lead to increased stress on CV joints and premature failure. The result is improved drivetrain efficiency, reduced strain on components and increased long-term reliability under hard use.
The kit is available in three variants to suit different use cases. The Solid version is aimed at track and motorsport builds requiring maximum stiffness and zero deflection. The Solid with Sliding Bushes version offers controlled compliance in one axis while maintaining rigidity. The Street version uses a hybrid polyurethane solution, delivering improved performance over OEM rubber while retaining acceptable levels of NVH for fast road and dual-purpose cars.
Designed with a strong focus on performance and durability, this kit is ideal for drivers looking to extract maximum performance from their F8X platform, whether on track or aggressive road use.
