Description:
Working in a world of hurt fills a significant gap in the studies of the psychological trauma wrought by war. It focuses not on soldiers, but on the men and women who fought to save them in casualty clearing stations, hospitals and prison camps. The writings by doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers and other medical personnel reveal the spectrum of their responses that range from breakdown to resilience. Through a rich analysis of both published and unpublished personal from the First World War in the early twentieth century to Iraq in the early twenty-first, Acton and Potter put centre stage the letters, diaries, memoirs and weblogs that have chronicled physical and emotional suffering, many for the first time. Wide-ranging in scope, interdisciplinary in method, and written in a scholarly yet accessible style, Working in a world of hurt is essential reading for lecturers and students as well as the general reader. -- .

Great product
First week I started I noticed my indigestion is next to none, my bloating in my belly is almost gone first week, now it’s been sometime, if I forget to take it, I’ll notice how uncomfortable I am, I am resetting my microbiome and this has been a great additive to my already things I take! It has done wonders for my inflammation too!

Natural cleansing for lymphatic system and better digestion.
I bought tbis to help to cleanse my lymph system and to 8mprove digestion of proteins. The digrstion help was almost immediaye! Within a wee i could tell a fiffetdnce in less ibdigestion, less stomach and colon pain. A Betyer overall health and " lighter" gut feeling. I know this pineapple extract take a while to work in concert with other supplements to clear out old hard protiens and seed oil residue from the delicate lymph nodes. Clearing a lifetime of eating the wrong foods ( believing they were safe..ugh,) will take while.
