This gorgeous handmade tooled leather beauty is in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition.
Made by the legendary Barone Bros. foundry with their makers mark on the reverse, there are reputedly fewer than 200 of these buckles in existence today.
The “Barone Bros” were Harry Thomas and Robert Barone, who designed and cast this buckle in their one-room loft factory in the 1960s’s on 5th street in Cincinnati, Ohio. Renowned artist Robert Barone was the designer.
