The G63 AMG W463A Eventuri Intake is precision-crafted from prepreg carbon fiber, featuring CNC machined components and custom-designed high-flow filters. This intake sets a new benchmark for performance gains in the aftermarket segment for this platform. By utilizing the additional space under the hood, we have significantly increased the intake volume, achieving an impressive 25% greater airflow rate compared to the OEM airboxes, all while retaining the original cold air feeds.

The larger volume of the intake also facilitates a smoother airflow path, allowing the turbos to draw air with reduced resistance. This results in a decreased wastegate duty cycle and ultimately enhances overall performance.

To accommodate the increased size of the intake, we have redesigned the engine cover to include a custom molded heat shield equipped with high-temperature silicone insulation. This innovative design protects the cover from the excessive heat generated by the turbos and manifold.

The Eventuri G63 AMG intake system delivers industry-leading performance gains while providing both audible and visual enhancements for an enriched driving and ownership experience.

Applications: W463A (Second Generation) G63 AMG 2019-2024

Each Intake System consists of:

  • Carbon Fiber Airbox Bases
  • Carbon Fiber Airbox Lids
  • Bespoke High Flow Dry Filters
  • Carbon Fiber Engine Cover
  • CNC Machined Sensor Mounts
  • Custom EPDM Flexible Duct Connectors
  • Laser Cut Stainless Steel Brackets

This intake has been independently dyno tested by Mercedes specialists MSL Perfomance. Tests were done back to back against the stock airbox and several runs were taken with each configuration. We took the best results from the stock airbox and the best from the Eventuri system. The dyno results show a consistent gain throughout the RPM range which can be attributed to the turbos reaching peak boost earlier and with a lower wastegate duty cycle due to the higher efficiency of the intake system. This gain is despite the dyno cell temperatures being higher for the Eventuri tests. The performance gain translates on the road to increased part throttle and full throttle response with the car pulling much more eagerly to the redline.

We conducted flow rate tests using a Superflow SF-1020 to measure the maximum flow rate possible at a pressure drop of 28” H2O. Tests were done on the same day in controlled conditions using the same test jig for each system. We tested our full intake system against the stock airbox system. The results show just how restrictive the stock airbox is, which we have managed to improve by up to 25% in maximum possible flow rate. Importantly this has been achieved with a sealed intake system taking the air feed from the same location as the OEM system. An open system would flow more but at the expense of intake air temperatures, which would be detrimental to performance.

Comparing the Eventuri intake directly with the OEM airboxes clearly shows the difference in volume and the improvement in the flow path. The cold air feed of the OEM system connects to the airbox with a long flexible duct which is restricted in size. This also leaves little room for the airbox base to shape the incoming flow onto the filter. We have incorporated most of the cold air feed length into the base of our airbox allowing for a much larger internal volume and and more organic path to allow the filter maximum exposure.

The lid of the OEM airbox is even further restricted due to the close proximity of the filter panel to the turbo inlet. Airflow has to negotiate a very tight transition from the rectangular filter to the circular turbo inlet positioned to one side of the airbox. This results in stagnant flow across significant areas of the filter resulting in further resistance. We have lowered the position of our filter allowing more space to transition to the turbo inlet. This allows the filter to be more effectively used with minimised turbulence and a much reduced drag on the turbos.

The airbox assemblies feature a two-part design, with upper and lower sections separated by filter panels. Each section is carefully crafted to maximize internal volume while ensuring an unobstructed path for airflow to reach the turbos. The primary challenge in this design was enhancing the airboxes’ internal volume to improve flow rate capacity beyond the stock airboxes. Given the compact nature of the G63 engine bay, this was achieved by optimizing the internal height of the airboxes. The most significant improvement came from enlarging the upper airbox lids, resulting in a substantial volume increase and a smoother, more efficient airflow path.

By utilising the space under the hood we have maximised the volume of our intake system but this also required the engine cover to be redesigned as the OEM cover sits close to the OEM intakes. The new cover is made from prepreg carbon fiber and features high temperature insulation to protect it from the heat of the turbos.

Great product, poorly designed bottles.
Scent: Onion Unscented
I like this product! However, the bottles are heavy, bulky and awkward, what a waste of plastic. The design is poor. The conditioner top was broken, and the product was so thick it was very hard to try and get out of the unyielding bottle when I unscrewed it. Had to ask for a replacement. But it smells great and leaves my hair very soft. I had gotten one for my mother (87) but the bottle was a little much for her, too bad. There's less in it than what it looks like, as it has an inner, smaller container. A lot of trouble and cost to save a small amount of product.

Great product for damaged bleached hair
Scent: Keratin
Great shampoo and conditioner. Smooths the frizzy ends. I bleach my hair and I am unhappy that this product appears to have washed or altered the toner. I have platinum bleached hair and I put a pale blonde toner on it. I waited 4 days after I bleached and toned my hair to use your product and the end result was yellow hair not that beautiful pale blonde color. I will play around with purple shampoo and your product to see if I can find a happy medium because I do love the silky feeling on my damaged over-processed hair. Thanks for developing such a wonderful product for damaged hair

Shiny Hair? Yes please
Scent: Onion Unscented
I have used this product just a few times since buying it. It made my hair shiny and smooth. Very minimal frizz. I bought it after doing research on how women helped their hair before all these hair products came out and Onion water was one of the top answers. After believing that I wanted onion smell in my hair, I came across this product and it actually smells SO NICE. After blow drying my hair, my hair was fuller and bouncier. I saw a difference right away. I have seen less hair in my shower drain and I honestly couldn't be happier with this combo.

Excellent product at a very fair price
Scent: Caffeine
I have been using the caffeine version of this shampoo and conditioner for a little over three months. I like to give a new shampoo and conditioner about three months before concluding if it’s a hit or a miss. Originally, I was using the biotin version of this shampoo for approximately two years and was very happy with the results. I needed to reorder, so I was looking over the other options in this same brand. This brand is considered to be a good quality product. I did do a bit of research before originally purchasing the biotin version. The biotin version is a lightweight product that did not weigh my hair down with build up over several uses. I ended up needing to use a clarifying shampoo only about once a month, as opposed to once every week. I have very fine, thin hair and a lot of products I have tried over the years have not worked for me because of the heaviness that leaves my hair flat. I did not have this result with the Bellisso Biotin shampoo. Bellisso is very well priced, and in my opinion, is comparable to more expensive salon products. I do like to try new things, so trying a different version of a brand that I was already happy with seemed like it didn’t come with much risk. Comparing the two versions, biotin vs caffeine: The biotin option worked very well on my fine, thin hair. The shampoo had a bit of a lower amount of foaming, but it did get my hair clean. The biotin conditioner also worked well, and was easy to rinse out and did not leave a residue on my hair. The caffeine version is very different than the biotin version, but neither in a good way or a bad way. Just different. I noticed that much less product of the caffeine shampoo and conditioner is needed to get the job done. The amount of product needed is probably highly dependent on your particular hair, so keep in mind, I probably have less hair than most people. The shampoo foams ALOT. I didn’t mind this at all. Per the instructions on the bottle, you are supposed to apply and massage your scalp and rinse after 2-3 minutes so the caffeine can be absorbed into your scalp, so having that extra foaming helps. This is meant to stimulate circulation in the scalp, and promote hair growth. If you are the girl that is always in a hurry, this is probably not the version of this shampoo for you :) The caffeine conditioner goes a very long way, so best to start with half as much as you normally use and go from there. All in all, I’m happy with both versions and I would definitely consider trying another version of this brand. I would highly recommend this brand in whichever version suits your personal hair type and needs. The price is right, as is the quality.

Gotta Buy Them All!!
Scent: Keratin
I currently have these sets: - Rice Water - Keratin - Biotin - Cleanser I have been a hairstylist for about fourteen years and have tried EVERY expensive, professional salon brand product out there that promised great results for moisture, repair, scalp health, etc. and none serve the purpose for more than a day or two. These products have been a game changer. I have very curly, fine-medium strands with high density that is consistently dry, brittle, extremely frizzy, and tends to clump together with most products I have used that promise to repair and assist. I started using the cleanser (I recommend using it ONCE a week at max -- it exceeds the expectations and will leave your hair feeling stripped and dry if you use it too often) to start with, to remove build-up. My hair obviously felt incredibly dry after this, so I washed a second time with Biotin and then finished with the biotin conditioner -- for the first time in years, my hair feels AMAZING. It has been three days since the last wash. My hair typically feels heavy and weighed down after the first day. I usually braid my hair lightly and put it in a silk bonnet and I wake up with it having absorbed any bit of moisture it can, and it still felt like straw. After two uses of the biotin, I am able to go 3-4 days between washes and my hair and scalp still feel light, fluffy, fresh, and my hair is incredibly soft. My curls went from loose, messy waves to finally retaining the curl pattern again. My hair isn't breaking off every time I run a pick through it. I can actually easily detangle it while the conditioner is in, and was able to leave the conditioner in for a treatment overnight and it felt even better. My roommates have been using the various ones I have gotten for us, as well, and expressed really enjoying working with their hair again afterward. It responds well to other products cleanses really well afterward. Just a reminder: Most of these are sulfate free. You will not get much in the way of bubbly lathers from this, but your hair WILL be clean. Work it into your hair for 3-5 minutes before rinsing the shampoo out and even let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing while you do everything else. More does not equal better -- this product goes a long way! We just purchased the Apple Cider Vinegar and Nettle formulas and I'll update if they are not as great as the others!
