Introducing the first AWE Exhaust for the VW GTI to feature patented drone-canceling 180 Technology®. A bespoke straight-through mid-pipe resonator was designed specifically for the Mk8 to enable a deep, hearty tone both down low and up high no matter the transmission or where you decide to shift in the rev range. In the center resides AWE’s patented 180 Technology® resonator -- responsible for maintaining straight-through performance while decimating drone-prone frequencies. Thanks to the design and construction of 180 Technology® resonators, the internals will not break down and degrade over time causing tone change. Just full-bodied, drone free rumble for life from the point of installation. And if you're ever planning on running an aftermarket downpipe, AWE made it easy to convert by including an adaptor that necks down to the factory downpipe, but is easily removable if you ever want to run something bigger up front... Future proofed. The Touring Edition for the MK8 GTI provides the best ratio of interior refinement and exterior rumble on the market (and yes, you can still hear the noises produced from Sport mode). When it comes to tips, the Touring Edition finishes off with 5” slash cut tips, featuring the AWE logo, so they know what team you're on. All tips are individually adjustable, allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste. They're also double walled to ensure a mirror finish - even under hard usage. Love love this set!!! Especially the wine aerator/Pourer it’s a game changer especially if you like to entertain. You can line up a couple of different variety of wine bottles attach the pourers and let your guest serve themselves. The wine pourer is measured so you don’t over pour and it automatically stops… love this and getting a few more pourers to have ready when I have guests iver!!

A Disaster, Don’t Buy 8-in-1 Set

A Disaster. Can only give this 8-in-1 gift set one star. The electric aerator has a mind of its own. The second time it was used, an hour after the first pour, it then decided to start pouring on its own, drenching the counter and floor with wine until my wife and I figured out what was going on and got up to try to shut it off. It wouldn’t shut off and had to be pulled out of the wine bottle still running on its own. Half of a very good bottle of wine was wasted. It never did shut off. Had to be thrown in the trash outside still running. Funny now as I describe it, but not funny at all when it happened. The rest of the set so far is working well. If you have to buy this brand, please don’t buy the set with the electric aerator. It's fully automatic all right, but that’s a very very bad thing.
