Created using the same process used to make Umenoyado’s famous umeshu, this Yuzushu replaces the ume plum fruit with natural Japanese Yuzu fruits native to Japan. With scents resembling a balance between zesty lemons and sweet oranges, this gives the sake fresher, more crisp aroma, which when combined with its rich flavour and mellow textures, can be enjoyed by itself with ice or perfect as a mixer base.
